Greetings from the Convener of The Entrepreneurial Cell, Hansraj College!

In Economics, we count entrepreneurship as one of the factors of production and that its returns are called profits. However naive I may sound, I have no qualms in admitting that I never really understood what the word stands for; until I happened to join the team and attended my first ever 'Illuminate'. Entrepreneurship has become the central point of the economy. With the number of unicorns increasing rapidly, the nation is ripe to hone the entrepreneurial skills of the youth. The moment is ripe for the rising enterprises as Joseph Schumpeter, an Austrian economist coins it the era of Creative Destruction induced by the pandemic and fueled by entrepreneurship and innovation. There is a need to bring together some of the best minds to create change and to innovate.

It is with this vision that we, at Hansraj, bring you some of the best experiences to share, inspire, learn and most importantly to unlearn some of the notions. With this website launch, E-cell Hansraj is just a click away now. With pride, I congratulate the team and impart my best wishes for their future endeavours. The Entrepreneurial Cell at Hansraj College has always exhibited great zeal and enthusiasm in furthering the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst the youth of India. They work towards spreading knowledge related to the entrepreneurial and business world through various mediums. Over the years, they have accomplished commendable heights through their hard work, prudence and determination. In addition to the laudable sincerity and sagacity displayed by them in every initiative taken up, they have played a crucial role in elevating the skill set and disposition of the students of Hansraj College and have made the institution proud on several occasions.
